Reiki is a form of energy healing that has been around since 1922.

During a session, hands are placed at various locations of the body-typically focusing on one’s energy centers called Chakras. I may feel guided to incorporate crystal healing in one’s session. The healing properties of crystals combined with Reiki allows for a powerful healing experience. If you have had Reiki, but have yet to experience the combined crystal healing, you are in for a treat! After your session, I will forward pictures or names of the crystals used, as well as any messages or guidance I receive. 

Reiki is becoming more mainstream-being utilized by individuals, nurses, families in homes, hospitals and wellness centers. 

Many have found permanent relief and cures to ailments, illness and disease from Reiki treatments. Reiki is most commonly known for being relaxing, detoxifying and balancing. 

I find it is best for those interested or intrigued to experience a session first hand. 

Everyone’s experiences during a Reiki session vary, some feel heat sensations in areas of their body, tingling, see lights, visions, or hear messages, some feel nothing. One does not need to experience anything for the Reiki to work. 

Reiki is very relaxing, soothing and calming for the body. I find it’s a nice treat for your body and soul to not plan anything energetic for the rest of the day and allow the body full relaxation and rest. 

Reiki is cleansing and detoxifying so please remember to drink lots of water and avoid alcohol and caffeine 24-72 hours before and after a session. An Epson salt bath (2 cups of plain Epson salt with 2 teaspoons of baking soda) the night of treatment is a wonderful and relaxing way to increase the detoxification process. 

At this time, I am currently guided to only offer a limited number of Reiki sessions per month. If you are going through a tough time in your life, a major illness, divorce, wedding, move, career change, pregnancy and would like to reserve Reiki sessions for a specific set on going time period please contact me for a private listing. 

When you purchase, please include in the comments anything that is bothering you or affecting your life negatively. I find it best to focus on three issues at a time. This could be a physical ailment, sickness, situation, job, relationship, etc. Nothing is off limits, think BIG!!! 

Please include a preferred method of contact in the notes when purchasing. While Reiki can be sent at any time, I encourage those purchasing to choose a time of low energy where you can lay and relax or be asleep. This is a very special time, and I encourage you to take time for yourself, allowing yourself to fully relax and be present of this loving energy.

Reiki sessions can be done distantly or in person at locations in Upper Darby, PA/Columbia, MD/ Crownsville, MD. Pending location, in person Reiki session at your home are available. (Additional travel fees may be charged)
